About JPL

Jharkhand Premier League (JPL) has been an initiative of Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) and Elite Sports Management (ESM) to nurture cricket which would help both the cricketers and the State. JSCA is pioneer organization with a vision to develop Jharkhand as one of the best cricketing states in India.

Elite Sports Management are experts into Sports Branding, Player Management and Sports Marketing and their experience extend to organizing All India level of Cricket Tournaments.

JPL has five teams from different locations of Jharkhand namely:

• Ranchi Rangers
• Jamshedpur Jaanbaaz
• Dhanbad Diamonds
• Bokaro Bulls
• Singhbhum Shers

In the first year of JPL, International Stadium, Ranchi has been chosen to be the host where the Twenty-20 league will be conducted, at Jealgora Stadium. JPL is going to be mapped in the lines and concepts of the Indian Premier League (IPL) with some innovation been put forward to for making it a big success and happening
